Exploring
Six months and up
Dop Kalop is made of a small empty plastic water bottle, and some scrap pieces of plastic, paper and taffeta.
Dop Kalop will stimulate fine motor skills in several ways. The bottle can be held in different areas: the belly of the bottle is a bit thinner but still a challenge to hold with one hand. The cap is easier to grasp. There are also a few strings to grasp and pull. Since the rattle is transparent children can see the inside components moving around and making sounds. This will help to hold the babies’ attention, improving their cognitive skills. Playing with a rattle means starting to understand the concept of cause and effect.
Grasp the bottle and make the insides move and make sounds and/or grasp a string and pull.
Dop Kalop is unpackaged. This baby rattle is about 15 x 7 cm in size.
