The workshop now has a roof. The owner of the house build the roof together with Kosinh. Kosinh was an intern but his position has changed……
Kosinh used to be with us in the morning hours; at 12 he started working in the shop of his aunt. He applied at a school for tourism and he was accepted, so he will be a full time student again (for one year) starting in September. The shop of his aunt is closed because of a big renovation, so he was looking for a job until September…… so now, Kosinh is with us for three months full time. I promised him a very alternate job. But at that time neither of us knew that construction was going to be part of his job. But he even seems to like the work.
By the way, the man in the pictures is Vutey, not Kosinh…… He went to buy some bamboo for the next phase.
De werkplaats heeft nu ook een dak. The eigenaar van het huis heeft het dak samen met Kosinh gebouwd. Kosinh was onze stagiaire maar zijn status is gewijzigd…….
Kosinh werkte bij ons in de ochtenduren; om 12 uur werd hij dan verwacht in de winkel van zijn tante. Hij heeft zich aangemeld bij een school voor toerisme en hij is aangenomen. Hij zal dus vanaf september weer een voltijds student zijn (voor 1 jaar). De winkel van zijn tante is gesloten vanwege een grote renovatie, en om die reden was Kosinh op zoek naar een baantje tot september….. dus nu is Kosinh bij ons voor 3 maanden full time. Ik heb hem een zeer afwisselende baan beloofd, maar op dat moment wisten wij beide niet dat constructie een van zijn taken zou zijn. Maar hij vindt het helemaal niet erg geloof ik.
Overigens de man in de foto’s is Vutey, en niet Kosinh…… Toen we de foto’s namen was Kosinh bamboe aan het kopen voor de volgende fase.
