Two new staff members

As mentioned before Kosinh stopped working for Panha Sabay. Already from the start it was known that he wanted to do a new study in the new school year. He successfully applied at Paul Dubrule School, where he wants to learn to work for a travel agency or become a tour guide. We thank him for all the work he’s done for Panha Sabay and we wish him all the best in the future. But for sure we will see him again.

But with him leaving and me having a part time job, we were in need of new staff. So since last week we have two new staff members; Neen and Chorn. Neen is from the village of Stepping Stones. She just finished her Highschool Exams and hopefully she passed. I met Chorn already two years ago. During his high school-years he was volunteering at the school of Pok. Now he did his final exams. Both of them need to improve on their English first and then they will start a part time study like Vutey is doing. So we start the morning with about an hour of English class. They also get a lot of time to practise English on the computer. I have asked them to introduce themselves:

“Hello! My name’s Neen. I’m 20 years old. Nowaday I live in Kok Thnot Village, Kok Chork Commune, Siem Reap District and Siem Reap Province. I was born in 15-02-1999. In my future I want to be an English teacher, because I want to help young adults in my village to know it very important of second language is in the world and all so I want to share my knowledge that I get from Panha Sabay and my school to give them to know about it. And I want to see the people in Cambodia have grow up and up, and smile in their family, and their parents must give their children to go to school all together because there are need from society and there are need to find their life too.

Now that all, I would like to say thank you so much boss that you are give me a good job to do in your office, I must try to study hard. All in all I would like to say love my boss and love my family so much”

“Hello! My name is Chorn. I was born in Thnall Village, Run ta Rak Commune. Banteay Srey District and Siem Reab Province. I was born in 21-12-1998. I’m from Cambodia. I live with my mother. But now I live in the city with my friends. Now I am working at Panha Sabay. It’s a very good job. I have the people in my country have a job. Some time the people in my country don’t have do the work. Free time I have some people in my country have a good. Some time teach them about life. Some the people in country understand for life. Some time I teach about my life. I saw about smile for them is very happy. I hope for them have a good job in the future.

Finally thank you very much for Panha Sabay. Have a good luck.”
