When you see the overview of blogs lately, it seems that there is not a lot going on here. But that is not true. On the contrary; the amount of news messages has been bigger than before. I write a news message when it concernes the development of Panha Sabay. Blogs are the more personal stories.
So that is why this story is to be found here:
I have a temporary part time job. I coach a few teachers at the Pure Dream Centre, the project that I worked for 5/6 years ago. A lot has changed there but part of the staff and students are still there. It is nice to be part of a bigger team again and it is a flexible position, so I should be able to combine it with the work for Panha Sabay. But we also realise that the amount of work at Panha Sabay will not decrease in the near future. So we are looking for new staff. In fact the first contacts are already made.
Next week will be about evaluating the first year and making plans for the up coming year. So more about that in the next blog.
Als je naar het overzicht kijkt van mijn blogs dan lijkt het alsof er niet veel gebeurd. Maar het tegendeel is waar. Het aantal nieuwsberichten is behoorlijk groot geweest de afgelopen weken. In mijn beleving valt het echte Panha Sabay nieuws onder “news” en de meer persoonlijke verhalen vertel ik onder “blog”.
En dat is ook waarom dit verhaal hier te vinden is:
Ik heb een tijdelijke parttime baan. Ik coach een paar leerkrachten van het Pure Dream Centre, het project waar ik 5/6 jaar geleden als vrijwilligster werkzaam was. Er is veel veranderd bij het PDC, maar een aantal medewerkers en veel leerlingen zijn er nog steeds. Het is leuk om onderdeel te zijn van een groter team en het is een flexibele baan waardoor het te combineren moet zijn met het werk voor Panha Sabay. Aar we realiseren ons ook dat de hoeveelheid werk de komende tijd voor Panha Sabay niet zal verminderen en dus zoeken wij naar nieuwe medewerkers. De eerste contacten zijn daarvoor gemaakt.
